Jeffrey R. Connolly, CFA®, joined The East End Financial Group in 2017 as a Portfolio Manager to broaden the firm’s research and trading capabilities. Jeff became a Partner at East End Financial Group in 2023.
Jeff's prior experience involved research for both multinational and boutique investment banks, including Mizuho Securities USA and Clarksons Platou Securities. During his tenure on Wall Street, Jeff specialized in fundamental analysis and valuation of securities in the energy and industrials sectors. Jeff holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. “In the Intelligent Investor, Benjamin Graham wrote ‘Wall Street has a few prudent principles; the trouble is that they are always forgotten when they are most needed.’ The East End Financial Group’s client-first approach and emphasis on relationships over transactions is difficult to find in today’s world. Jeff grew up in Riverhead, graduated from Chaminade High School, and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Jeff now resides with his family in Mattituck.
